Great location! You’re basically right on the strip but tucked back just far enough that you don’t hear all the noise. The room was also really big, I’ve never stayed in a hotel room with ceilings so high! (We had a king jacuzzi room)

We stayed in room 114. We were very happy with the room. In the past my husband and I have gone to Panama City beach a minimum of 2 times each year. Some years we go three times. We have been doing this for 5+ years. This is our first time here. And our room easily meet the expectations that we have grown accustomed to receiving in Florida. We will definiately be back. The office staff was very professionl and helpful. The breakfast was also good. The only thing that I would recommend considering is fresh fruit such as orange slices.

Clean, great location, saw a bear n the parking lot upon arrival then saw him a couple nights later walking down the creek, the fireplace is nice, and we conveniently walked to everything, we only used our vehicle when we packed up to leave ! Great place ti stay

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Great location convenient to walking downtown gatlinburg. Breakfast was great. Eggs sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereals waffles muffins and bagels. Kids even seen a bear while walking to the pool.

The location was perfect. It was right on the strip. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the bears and raccoons. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great I loved the pancakes. They had plenty to choose from such as cereal,muffins, pancakes, biscuits and gravy,eggs. Great view. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely will be staying again.

Because it was so busy at breakfast, it took a little time to get food out and only one person doing it maybe during super busy times, use an extra hand but the staff was great, did their best to service us.

Room was much more "high end" and updated than what I expected for the price and based on impressions of the exterior. Room and especially sheets seemed very clean and was cooled to a perfect temperature. Location in Gatlinburg was unbeatable, enjoyed that breakfast was included with my stay. I absolutely loved the little park behind the buildings, great for my son and for our dog that were along for the trip.

Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, perfect location for our needs. Even got maid service for a two night stay-better than in a high end hotel these days! Not the most up to date or fanciest but very clean and plenty of hot water and comfortable beds and quiet. Best location we could ask for on the strip and with a balcony on the creek too and near the convention center! What else could we ask for. Near 2 of the best restaurants in town.
